VINTAGE 1882 PRIMITIVE E. ROSS & CO WOOD SHUTTLE PUNCH NEEDLE RUG QUILT TOOL

Not sure if you are punching needles through rugs or quilts anymore, but this is how they used to do it. The 1882 year came from much research, too much for something that is as inexpensive as this, but it was fascinating anyway. Having said that, I could be wrong, so that is the best educated dating and company.
