Thank you for shopping at NeatBids Marketplace! Our Shipping Policy outlines the shipping process, delivery times, and other important information related to your order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
 
1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may take 5-10 days to process.

  • High Volume: During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
     

2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.

    • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days
       

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
     

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Domestic Deliveries: Most orders shipped within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days from the shipment date.

  • International Deliveries: Delivery times vary based on the destination and may range from 7-21 business days.
     

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
 
5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. In such cases, we will notify you during the checkout process or contact you directly.
     

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Operations@neatbids.com. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged package and items to facilitate a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
     

7. Over-Protection Shipping Model

  • At NeatBids Marketplace, we use an over-protection shipping model to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. This includes using high-quality packaging materials and taking extra precautions during packing to protect your items from damage during transit. (Applies only to products inventoried and shipped directly from NeatBids Marketplace warehouse . Some Products are drop-shipped direct from a 3rd party supplier, NeatBids Marketplace is not responsible for the quality of 3rd party packaging.)
     

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. NeatBids Marketplace is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
     

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Each order will incur its own shipping charges.
