Kenner Orion RoboCop Figure from 1989 - RUBBED OFF PAINT (3a2)

Lots of rubbed off paint on the entire body of the figure.
He is about 4 & 3/4 inches tall.
Lever in the back doesn't do anything as far as I can tell.
