Mini 4" Rare Prototype Robin Action Figure in Case -Damaged Cape (5c5)

CAPE IS DAMAGED.
Apparently the MSRP of it is $60, but ours has a broken cape. Also according to the internet, it is rare.
It is about 4" tall
The case is very scuffed up but it opens.
Case is about 4 1/8" tall, 2" wide and 1 3/4" deep.
